Hi, I am Kristin Cowart ,MSW, LCSW with Goshen Consulting. As a social worker and evaluator, I am passionate about supporting system-level changes that address inequities for children and families, especially around mental health wellness and early intervention, through relationship-building and data-informed decision-making. One way I do this is through Airtable.
Airtable is often used as a project management tool for tasks such as tracking team workflow, gathering customer feedback, or planning product launches. I found Airtable through a client and quickly realized it was a cost-effective and versatile platform that could be used as a powerful tool for program evaluation. Airtable can collect, analyze, and visualize data and easily communicate meaningful results. You can teach others how to use Airtable to answer their data questions. It will empower them to increase their skills and ability to understand and share data-informed insights about their program’s impact.
Fun Facts ~ Airtable is:
Accessible. There are no complex formulas to learn or slow down spreadsheet performance (aka ‘spinning wheel of death’).
User-Friendly. Its intuitive interface makes it easy to learn and share with others.
Integrated. Data tables (grid view) can be turned into surveys (form view) that funnel into fully customizable dashboards (interfaces) to visualize data in real-time.
Customizable. Dashboards, as well as individual charts and graphs, can also be easily duplicated and modified. This means multiple dashboards using the same dataset(s) can be tailored around demographics, potential insights, trends, and impact to meet the needs of a wide range of audiences.
These (dashboards) are amazing!! My next report will be so much better with your assistance! What you’re doing in Airtable has me in awe, and I wish I had you for the many years I have evaluated this program! This is truly a gift!

Hello! I am unable to attend the conference, but very interested in your airtable training. Is there another way to get the information? THANKS
