My name is Zachary Grays and I am the Senior Membership and Operations Manager here at the American Evaluation Association (AEA). AEA plays an important part in shaping the career journey and identity of our approximately 5,0000 members as their professional home. At the core of the AEA member community are our Topical Interest Groups (TIGs), exclusive member communities defined around a special topic or interest whereby the knowledge, experience, and skills of each member can become a resource that the entire community can leverage. I’m Shubha Kumar, and I’m an associate professor of global health at the University of Southern California (USC) and a consultant passionate about impact measurement and management.  Over the past couple of years, I’ve been working with my colleagues Sara Olsen and Aaron Mallett at SVT Group, an impact advisory firm, and Saji Prelis, Director, Children and Youth Programmes at Search for Common Ground and co-chair of the Global Coalition on Youth, Peace & Security (YPS), to explore how we can measure the impact of peacebuilding programming and inform investments in this space.
